Train is a 6-week Faversham-based fitness program, designed to be both structured and adaptable to your individual fitness level. You set personal goals at the start, working in a supportive group of 8 people, led by two experienced personal trainers. With personalised guidance, you’ll push towards your targets with an encouraging and motivating boost from us.

Our supportive programme takes place in a small group, in a friendly Faversham location – and is ideal whether you’re looking to enhance your current fitness or you find yourself beginning all over again.

How it works

Personalised goal setting

At the start of the 6-week Train plan, you’ll set your own fitness goals tailored to your needs. Whatever they are, we’re here to guide you toward achieving them.

Led by experienced trainers

Our program is led by two qualified personal trainers with years of experience in helping people achieve their fitness goals. You’ll receive expert guidance and coaching every step of the way.

Friendly Faversham location

Train takes place in a welcoming, local setting in Faversham, perfect for those who prefer a community atmosphere. It’s a great space to work towards your goals while feeling comfortable and supported

Supportive group environment

You’ll be part of a small, encouraging group of just 8 participants, ensuring personalised attention. Together, we’ll keep each other motivated and accountable throughout the program.

Adaptable to all fitness levels

The Train plan is designed to accommodate everyone, no matter your fitness background. Whether you’re starting fresh or building on existing strength, our workouts are adaptable to suit your level.
